I'm going to be adding to this as stuff comes up. Let me know if you can think of anything that should be here.

Q: How long does it take for a story to be approved for posting?
A: with the new system in place, it'll take far less time than before. I'm aiming for a turnover of no more than a couple weeks, but I won't know for sure until after the new system's been in place for a few months. I'll update this once I have a more concrete answer.

Q: My story was already approved, but when I try to upload another chapter it doesn't show up. What gives?
A: I haven't found a way to let new chapters of approved stories automatically go up on the site, so for now they still need to be validated. Don't worry, though, because I check for those multiple times a day, so it should never take more than a few hours to a day at most.

Q: How do I mark a story as finished?
A: Click on "Account Info," then on "Manage Stories." By the story you want to mark as finished, there will be a link that says "No" next to Completed. Click on that, and the story will be marked as Complete. Alternately, you can edit the story and check the box next to Complete.

Q: Help! I tried to change my password and it never sent me a new one. What do I do?
A: There seems to be some kind of a bug with that. If that happens, just let me know and I'll change it for you manually.
