Summary: This is my first attempt at a comedy, and I think it turned out rather well. I may not be as naturally funny as some of the others who've done MST3K stories, but I'm such a big fan of the show, I could pretty much picture how the characters would react to the various situations. Another thing I've noticed about the other MST3K fics is that they actually go after GOOD stories. This one is truly a stinker. Now, aside from the comedic aspect, there are a few other reasons for this fic's existence:

1. It shows that you should NOT attempt to write a fic while smoking crack.

2. It shows that you should not rip off anything from the Legion, and especially not anything from ME.

3. It shows that if you have Icy guest star in your story, you damn well better not portray him as a total gayrod!

Summary: Well, I thought Icy might want to write the intro for this one, given that he's the person who brought it to my attention in the first place, but I guess not, so now you all have to put up with me and this incredible run-on sentence that tells you that it's great that "A Shadow of Evil" got Icy such a large fan base, but sometimes the fans can like stories a little TOO much, and be TOO inspired by them, in that their own fics turn out to be pretty much direct quotes of the story that inspired them, and that it then falls on me to MiST their story, to warn the rest of the fanfic community, and *pant, pant* hopefully provide you with some entertainment on the way. Summary: Frankly, you'll probably be more entertained by the actual story than the wisecracks Mike, Tom, and Crow come up with on this one. The Spy read my MST of Sword of Zeal, and obviously didn't appreciate it very much. So, he reached deep into his ass and came up with a level of surrealism that hasn't been seen since the last time Coleman Francis directed a movie. You'll be baffled, grossed out, and entertained.
