Before entering, attach Lightning to All materia so you can zap it to the enemies, especially the large packs of miniguns. This reactor is much like Reactor # 1, so follow the same general pathway and set the bomb. Save and retrace your steps to the first room of the reactor. (Large ladder and slide) Climb the ladder and use the elevator to head for the exit. After getting off, pick up the ether and go into the side room. Hit the button at the same time as Barret and Tifa to move on. Make sure to save and heal before leaving; you've got a fight coming.
BOSS: Airbuster
Now, you didn't think Shinra would let you blow up another reactor this easily, did you? President Shinra's just been waiting for a chance to try out his new Airbuster technosoldier. Unfortunately for Shinra, this guy could use a little finetuning before mass production. If you're at full health, he'll be a cinch to beat. Give Barret Restore and All (It's useless on Cloud) and make sure Cloud and either Barret or Tifa has Bolt. Just keep having the person he isn't facing attack him with Lightning, Limit Breaks, or normal attacks. He'll counter attack, so be ready to heal. Fortunately, his hits build your limit breaks fast,so let them fly. Barret's Big Shot is particularly effective from behind. If you follow this strategy, his 1200 HP should fall quickly. You'll get a Titan Bangle for winning. After the fight, Cloud falls from the reactor and winds up in the slums.
